Le Saeian est un matcha récolté à la main à Uji, Kyoto, cultivé par notre producteur sans pesticide.
Ce matcha de cérémonie révèle des notes végétales, iodées et florales d'une grande finesse.
Ingrédients: 100% thé vert Japonais.
Préparation: Une cuillère à café de matcha (1.6g), dans 60 à 80ml d'eau 70/80° à fouetter vigoureusement!
